BRICS Civil Forum

September 23-25, the BRICS Civil Forum 2020 was held in Moscow in off-line and online modes. During these days more than 450 representatives of civil society institutions, experts, scientist and journalists became guests of the Forum at the digital and face-to-face platforms.

Alexander Neklessa, Head of the "North-South" Group, of the Center for Civilizational and Regional Studies of the Institute for African Studies, Chairman of the Commission on Social and Cultural Problems of Globalization, Member of the Bureau of the Scientific Council "History of World Culture" under the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, whose recommendations are included in the documents of BRICS Civil Forum 2020, took part in the preparation and activities of the Forum.
