Dear Colleagues,
On November 1-2, 2018 in Moscow the Institute for African Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Center for African Studies of the University of Porto hold the “Elections in Africa” Conference which is to become the inaugural Conference in the series of jointly organized biannual conferences under the umbrella title of “Internal Changes and Foreign Policy of African Countries.” The Conference will take place on the premises of the Institute for African Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The working languages are Russian, Portuguese, English, and French.
