The book “The policy of Biden Administration in Africa. From the end of 2021 to the beginning of 2023” is the sequel of four author’s works on Africa policy of presidents B. Obama (2009–2016) and D. Trump (2017–2019) and the US relations with Africa in 2020 year of Presidential elections, published by the Institute for African Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences.

The book consists of three parts. The first is devoted to the analysis of Biden’s program documents on Africa and their implementation in the political, economic and military spheres as well as in connection with the Ukrainian crisis. The second part deals with the US relations with individual African states – Algeria, Angola, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Nigeria, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan and some others. In the third part, the work of the second Summit of US-Africa Leaders (13–15 December 2022) is minutely described.
